Whew, Boston’s finest – You Can Be A Wesley – has a lot going for it. For starters, the band will release Heard Like Us , their first full-length recorded straight to two-inch tape with Jeremy Mendicino of Pretty & Nice, next week. To help celebrate the band will have an album release party at Middle East in Cambridge, MA July 20 (with Casper & the Cookies plus Magic Magic) and at Pianos in New York July 21. Come on out and behold how wonderful these dudes and dudette are live and make sure to pick-up your very own copy of the limited vinyl run of Heard Like Us while you’re at one of the shows. Don’t forget, You Can Be A Wesley will also be at The Tank in New York with Magic Magic on July 26 for a very special Mushpot wonder showzen that you surely don’t want to miss out on.
